Where insecurity comes from.

Perhaps it comes from something that could not be controlled. Thinking too far ahead could be the problem. Whenever any small problem arises in the present, I can't help think about its implications in the future.  I thought, even though I can endure the little problem now, what happen if this problem that is never solved worsen later on... This stupid hypothetical fear is the culprit for causing this stupid insecurity.  Perhaps I am the one to be blamed.  In the first place, why should I direct my mind to the future when things are happening in the present?  It could be so much more relieving if one day I care less of the future as these problems arise. This means that there is something I can finally let go.

Some problems are based solely on subjective feelings.  Perhaps one side would argue the problem is the product of the self (a) and others (b) while the other side would aruge the problem arises solely within the conflicting self of the sufferer (a) alone.  Please help me balance this equation: (a)+(b) = (a).  Hoping that (b) is never zero, there is just no way to balance this equation without the participation of b, leaving (a) alone on one side.
